Conferences & Gala Dinners

o From small to large conferences, we make sure if you are sitting in the back of the room of 1 000 people you are still able to see and hear everything. We use high resolution screens and World leading Synergy Horns from Danley Sound Labs for the highest quality audio.

Outdoor Events

o From sporting to concert events we are equipped to assist you with all your technical needs.

Lighting

Hybrid and Online Streaming

Having been one of the first companies in South Africa to stream a live event to the Internet back in 2012, we are ready to assist with your Hybrid or streamed event.
OnCue Productions offer a live streaming solution to various platforms for:

• Zoom or Teams meetings
• Live to a social media platform for example Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo and the likes

Sound

Our goal with sound is to supply the RIGHT equipment to ensure that everyone can hear and enjoy the event. Sometimes MORE is just MORE….
We carry a broad selection of Sound Equipment such as:
• Various sizes of powered and non-powered speakers and subs through the small and large format concert systems including the legendary Danley Sound Labs
• Various Mixing Consoles
• Large variety of microphones
• Backline — Drums, Bass amps, Guitar amps, Keyboards and the likes

Staging, Trussing Structures and Sets

Over the years OnCue Productions have built stages in some of the strangest places from your standard platform to make a speech to a fashion ramp on the top level of Wanderers stadium we can build it for you.

Standard stage structures are made up of the following:
• Standard stage pieces of 2m x 1 m; 2m x 0.5m; 1 m x 1 m and triangle pieces.
• Standard heights of 150mm; 400mm; 600mm & 900mm
• Standard surface is black painted but we have other options like White ABS or carpeted

Concert and Outdoor staging:
• Built with standard stage pieces, our standard outdoor staging for roofs is as follows:
o 4m x 4m with roof
o 8m x 6m with roof
o 1 0m x 8m with roof
o Stage heights ranging from 900mm to 2m high with full Structural Certification

Scaffolding and Set Structures:
We have built different types of structures based on client requirements, examples of what we have done in the past are: Pedestrian bridges and walkways , shaking platforms , zip line harness slides and many more.

Reveal System:
We have an electromagnetic reveal system that allows us to “drop” draping or banners on demand to reveal a product, people or anything for that matter contained in a draped area. This has proved a huge hit with those that have used it.
